The WTN OPS team is responsible for the ongoing state of the Wireless Toronto Network including maintenance of existing nodes and deployment of new nodes. OPS **Requirements** * [[OPS Admin]]: tech savvy, able to train new OPS and delegate tasks. * [[OPS CSR]]: point person for member venues to contact re: questions and network issues * [[OPS Team members]]: tech savvy and more, looks good in black * Gabe would like to be one of these ---- Question: should end-user technical support also be done by the ops team? It seems like it'd make sense; often venues call or email using the end-user tech support number/email. -Gabe
