Michael P turned off the Rogers modem, powered up the router and then the modem -- everything came back online as expected. April Cooke (manager) confirmed that she doesn't need to login as her iBook had been previously whitelisted. ===== October 3, 2007 ===== Left message and email to have router and Rogers modem restarted.
